CAMERON COUNTY BEACH ADVISORY
Effective today, January 22, 2025, 1:30 p.m., Cameron County Judge Eddie Treviño, Jr., has ordered the following County beach access areas to reopen for vehicular and pedestrian visitors:
- Boca Chica Beach
- Beach Access No. 4
- Beach Access No.5/E.K. Atwood Park
- Beach Access No.6
Some County beach access areas were temporarily closed from Monday, January 20, 2025, at 4:00 pm through Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. for the protection and safety of the public considering the extreme high tides.
We continue to ask that all individuals be cautious when visiting our beaches and always heed the Flag Advisory System Signage.
