                               Texas Parks & Wildlife Grant Application

Cameron County is submitting a grant application to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department to participate in the Non-Urban Indoor Recreation Local Park Grant Program for improvements to the  Bejarano-McFarland Memorial Park. Residents are invited to share their ideas for the proposed improvements to the park.   

Community involvement is vitally important during the grant application process.  The public’s input will help us better understand the recreational needs of this community.

Those unable to attend may submit comments on our Parks Webpage at https://www.cameroncountytx.gov/bejarano-mcfarland-tpwd-public-notice-feedback/  by June 30, 2024.
